My name is Bill Hayes. I was born and raised in the City of Pittsburgh. I graduated from Mars Area High School in 1988, and currently work as Director of Security for St. Barnabas. I enjoy playing golf and coaching my three children in their various sports.
I joined Wexford in January of 2008, and started my volunteer fire service career with the Mars Volunteer Fire Company in 1986. My current responsibility with Wexford is structural firefighter, and I am training to be a part of the SCUBA team. I have completed the Firefighter I, II and Instructor I certifications.
My favorite part of the fire service is the brotherhood and comradery.
