Each year, ghouls and ghosts descend on our main station for a howling good time. It’s our annual Kids Halloween Party and Costume Contest!

When the Lions Club disbanded, the Wexford Volunteer Fire Company decided to keep the tradition going. We continued it as a parade on Manor Road up until 2013 when we decided to move the event to our main station on North Chapel Drive. The move allowed us to add games, and food. To honor the roots of this long standing community tradition, we parade through the station where kids get to go through a “haunted hallway”, and still hold the costume contest. As kids walk past the judges stand, they make their top choices on categories such as cutest, scariest, and most original. It is a very family friendly event, and we try to add a new twist each year. As it gets close to Halloween, keep an eye on our website and Facebook page for a date and time announcement.
