INCIDENTS
The Wexford VFC responded to 108 calls in December: 66 fire-based incidents, and 42 QRS incidents. Some incidents of note include two vehicle accidents with entrapment and a small residential fire in the first due. Our average response time for emergency incidents was 7 minutes and 37 seconds with a total of 29 members responding.

The Wexford VFC experienced its busiest year to date in 2024 with a total of 1,313 calls to service. Here is our incident breakdown by major incident category for all of 2024:

CERTIFICATION RECOGNITION
Our members continued to expand their training and operational capacity by completing nearly 22,000 hours of training throughout the year, including earning ProBoard and EMS certifications. Congratulations to the following members on their achievements!
