TRAINING

Several of our members travelled to the Pennsylvania State Fire Academy in Lewistown, PA for different classes this month. Firefighters Artzberger, Molinelli, and Esposito completed Engine Academy 1, a four-day Engine Company intensive discussing hoseline management, fire dynamics, and tactics in residential fires. The following week, Captain Hudak completed his Suppression Instructor Development Course (ZFID), a months-long training and application process culminating in a live burn weekend. Congratulations to all involved, and well done for continuing your education!
