INCIDENTS
The Wexford VFC responded to 105 calls in February. 68 calls were fire-based responses, and 37 calls were for QRS responses. We were dispatched for 15 1st alarm residential and commercial assignments, including a working residential structure fire in the Town of McCandless and a residential lightning strike with significant property damage in Pine. Other incidents include a single-vehicle accident with entrapment in Pine, and even a cat rescue from a tree. Our average response time was 6 minutes and 10 seconds, and a total of 32 members responded to incidents this month.
